  3. Ice cubes: They have an anti-edema effect if you rub them on your face. In case of emergency, we advise you always to have ice cubes in the freezer. For its preparation, use a decoction of herbs (more often mint, or lemon balm) or plain water.

  5. Cucumbers: They have astringent properties, so they easily relieve swelling. Keep the vegetable in the refrigerator, then cut two circles and keep them on your eyes for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Cold tea bags: They can be already boiled or soaked in hot water. Chill in the fridge and apply to/under the eyes. 10 minutes will be enough.
  7. Light eye massage: It should be done with the fingertips. Gently press the skin, moving from the inner corner of the eyelid to the outer. Then move to the lower eyelid, but in the opposite direction to make a circle. Repeat for no more than 10 minutes.
